We use the Digimember service/plugin from Digital Solutions GmbH, Nevinghoff 16, 48147 Münster (hereinafter “Digimember”) to register and run our member area/seminars/online courses.
 
When registering for our member area/online course, it is necessary to create a personalized user account. The purchase is usually made via Digistore24 (see section of the same name in this declaration). The buyer’s name and e-mail address are stored at Digistore and on this website in Digimember. Initially, an automatically generated password is used. This password can be changed by the user and is not stored in plain text afterwards. It is also no longer visible to us as the website operator.
The collection, generation and storage of this data is necessary in order to make the booking (= access to the course) available to the buyer and to link the access to a payment. They are therefore a necessary part of the purchase of our digital products and their delivery (analogous to purchases of physical products). You have the right to have this data deleted completely at any time – this will inevitably result in the loss of access to all previously purchased content.

Newsletters are sent using “ActiveCampaign”, a newsletter distribution platform located at 1 N Dearborn, 5th Floor, Chicago, IL 60601, United States.
The email addresses of our newsletter recipients, as well as their other data described in this notice, are stored on ActiveCampaign’s servers in the USA. ActiveCampaign uses this information to send and analyze the newsletter on our behalf. Furthermore, ActiveCampaign may, according to its own information, use this data to optimize or improve its own services, e.g. to technically optimize the sending and presentation of the newsletter or for economic purposes in order to determine from which countries the recipients come. However, ActiveCampaign does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them itself or pass the data on to third parties.
We trust in the reliability and IT and data security of ActiveCampaign. ActiveCampaign is certified under the US-EU data protection agreement “Privacy Shield” and thus undertakes to comply with EU data protection regulations.
