My name is Irene Elmer, I am a certified meditation teacher from The Expanding Light in California. I have practiced various meditation traditions and have been teaching in my own studio in Zürich, as well as at Credit Suisse, SIX Group, and other companies. I incorporate meditation tools into my daily life, which help me stay mindful, aware, focused, and fulfilled. Since 2019, I have launched teacher training programs in three different locations across Switzerland and have certified over 90 meditation teachers.

My name is Ela Amarie, I am a meditation teacher certified from the Santa Barbara Institute for Consciousness Studies, taught by PhD B Alan Wallace. I am an MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy) trainer, certified by the Institute for Mindfulness-Based Approaches (IMA), I am a member of the Swiss Mindfulness Association and my company Mindful Brain has been awarded the EM-Fit Standard Seal of Approval for mindfulness and stress reduction programs. Since founding my company in 2012, I have worked with numerous individuals and organizations, advising them on how to use mindfulness to optimize performance and improve quality of life through physical and mental well-being.
